ACCOUNT & DATA DELETION
You’re in control.
Updated 10 September 2026
Your account and the plans on your phone are separate. Choose the steps that match what you want to remove.
Delete your account
- Open Auno and go to Settings.
- Find the account section. You need to be signed in.
- Tap delete account and confirm.
- Keep an internet connection until the request completes. If an error appears, your deletion has not been confirmed; try again.
This removes your Auno login and remote profile. It signs you out on this device. It does not automatically erase locally stored calendar events, tasks, focus sessions, or chat.
Clear information on your phone
| What to remove | Where to go in Auno Settings |
|---|---|
| Chat history | data → clear chat history |
| Auno calendar events | data → wipe calendar events |
| Companion notes and memory | memory & privacy → wipe what Auno remembers |
| Calendar, chat, memory, and onboarding state | data → reset everything |
“Reset everything” currently resets those named stores. It does not include a verified wipe of every task or focus-session record. For a complete removal of app-local data, use iPhone Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Auno → Delete App. Offloading the app keeps its documents and data.
Deleting the app does not delete an existing cloud account. Delete your account first if you want both removed. Your device or iCloud backups are managed separately through Apple.
Subscriptions are separate
If you have an active Apple subscription, cancel it in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Auno. Deleting the account or app does not cancel billing. See Apple’s cancellation instructions.
Unable to access the app?
Email support@avenor.digital from the email associated with your Auno account and ask for account deletion. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on the request. Never send your password. See support for troubleshooting.
