A few shared understandings.

Auno helps you organize your day through plans, tasks, focus sessions, and AI suggestions. These terms govern your use of Auno, provided by AVENOR DEVELOPMENT TECHNOLOGIES LTD, No. 9 Acacia Osborne Estate Phase 2, Lagos, Nigeria.

1. Using Auno

Auno is intended for people aged 13 and older. If you are under 18, use Auno with a parent or guardian’s permission and involvement in any purchase.

Use Auno lawfully and only with information you are entitled to provide. Do not use it to harm others, access another person’s account, disrupt the service, evade usage limits, or automate abuse of its AI endpoints.

2. Your plans remain your responsibility

AI can misunderstand requests or produce inaccurate suggestions. Check important dates, times, and changes before relying on them. Auno is a productivity tool and is not a medical, therapeutic, legal, financial, or emergency service.

3. Accounts

If you choose to create an account, keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate information. Optional account sign-in currently stores your identity and profile; it does not guarantee backup or synchronization of local plans. You can delete your account in the app. See deletion instructions.

4. Content and privacy

Your own content remains yours. Using connected features requires processing the relevant information to provide those features. The privacy notice explains local storage, AI processing, accounts, and optional permissions.

5. Availability and data

Network features depend on third-party services and may be interrupted. Features and availability can change between releases. Keep your own copy of important information; local data can be lost when an app or its data is removed.

6. Purchases and AI credits

Auno Plus offers monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. Apple determines eligibility for introductory offers; the purchase sheet states when billing begins and the renewal price. Any separate free access period offered by Auno does not itself authorize an Apple charge. Continued paid access requires an active subscription. Cancel in your Apple subscription settings before renewal if you do not want to continue. The App Store purchase screen shows the applicable price, renewal period, and any trial terms before purchase. Apple manages billing, cancellation, and refund requests. Deleting Auno or your account does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Plus includes 600 AI credits per calendar month. One credit is used per AI chat message you start or per task breakdown. Onboarding is not charged, and Auno’s local morning check-in card makes no AI request. Up to three AI replies per check-in session draw on a separate 90-reply monthly allowance. When that allowance is exhausted, AI check-in replies pause without using your credits. Further user-started chat messages use normal credits. Unused monthly credits do not carry over. Credit top-ups bought in the app are consumable purchases that do not expire and are used after the monthly credits. Credits are tracked on your device and, when available, your iCloud account.

For apps distributed through the App Store, Apple’s standard licensed application agreement applies unless a separate custom license is supplied.

7. Intellectual property

Auno’s application, artwork, and branding are provided for use with the service. These terms do not grant permission to redistribute or sell them. Nothing here transfers ownership of your own plans or other content to Auno.

8. Changes, rights, and contact

These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Auno’s AI suggestions may be inaccurate and service interruptions can occur. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Material changes to these terms will be reflected in the updated date and communicated in the app when appropriate. For questions, contact support@avenor.digital.
